SYMPTOMS OF A SCARY INFECTION?

Please help...for a month now on and off my armpit area sometimes feels sore, stings and other times it doesnt. In my lower part of my neck if you feel around the area I feel small lymph nodes, they move around when you touch them. Whats this mean? Did i catch something, im so scared and nervous. I used protection everytime!! Plus i feel a sore throat coming on

I hear that if ur lymph nodes are infected ull feel them under ur armpit and neck area that means its related to HIV??? If its hiv and ur nodes get infected do your nodes hurt? or can they get swollen without pain?

PLEASE HELP

Nobody can give you any kind of reliable guess about the cause of such nonspecific symptoms.  See a health care provider and stop trying to find answers online.

Relax, do you have any idea how many things can cause your symptoms other then HIV, like a 1,000 or more! If you used protection everytime then it's almost 100% impossible for you to have contracted HIV!

No sexually transmitted infection (including HIV) is likely to be the cause of such symptoms.  The lymph node enlargement associated with HIV is painless and body-wide, not localized to a single spot like one armpit.  There are many, many potential causes of such a symptom, most of them not seriou.  But see a health care provider if you remain concerned or your symptoms persist.
