I'm a male who had unprotected oral sex with a woman a little over 11 weeks ago. I believe she was "clear" of stds but I'm not sure. At a little over 8 weeks post the event I was tested for gon (also for throat gon), chl (also for throat), syph, hep a-b-c, herp and HIV (pcr and antibody). All were negative. The past few days or so I have had some neck and shoulder pain like an irritated nerve feeling and then past 24 hours I have had what feels like a stomach virus - threw up twice and diarrhea every 2 hours. I assume it is just a stomach flu and not related to stds symptoms? Given my exposure and tests should I be worried?

I'm not sure what you've been reading but as I said, your results are conclusive. Thus, following a virtually no risk exposure to start with, you have now proven that you did not get infected.  You need to stop worrying and move on from this.  EWH

Sorry don't mean to bother. Just read on other posts that some (HIV, syph and hep) take that long to be conclusive. So just wanted to confirm that and know that all my tests are indeed conclusive at this point. Last question. Thanks for your help.

Although over the virus I think, my stomach has been off and on. So at 12.5 weeks I tested again for HIV (antibody),hep b and c, syph and herp 2. All negative. At this point all my tests are conclusive, right?

I am confident there is no need for re-testing.  EWH

It does. Thank you. I was thinking of retesting, but based on what you said I assume no need?

Welcome to our Forum.  In general, oral exposure is a relatively low risk activity for STD acquistion and the tests you have taken, at the time you have taken them, rule out having gotten any STD, including HIV thgrough the acitivty you report.  My advice is to not worry about STDs at this time.  I hope the GI "bug" you seem to have acquired gets better rapidly.  It is not related to your sexual exposure.

I hope my comment is helpful.  EWH
