Sharp pain at tip of penis,STD or not,help please

i sometimes had a sharp pain in my tip of penis only about 1 or 2 second ,sometimes 2 times a day this pain occurs.i had no pain or burning sensation while urine,my penis tip have no inflamation.Is this some sort of std or lack of drinking water although my urine is dark yellow in morning when i pee.Help me please.

Its called HIV anxiety and is almost as real as actually contracting HIV. If testing would rest your concerns then have the DUO in 28 days but its really not necessary.

HIV is transmitted from unprotected vaginal/anal sex, not from oral sex. No reported cases this ever happended.

You dont need to feel stress, HIV is not transmitted through oral sex.

Without urinating causing pain this doesn't seem to be a bacteria in your system. This can be a response to stress impacting the nerves and muscles in the area.

Are you stressing over a sexual episode?

yah! im stressing alot and worried about HIV ,I received unprotected oral from sex worker and had symptoms
