"That should end this thread; I'll have no more comments or advice" meant what it said. This is definitely the last comment on this thread. The answers to your additional questions are obvious both from my previous replies and by taking a quick glance at the HIV prevention forum. There is no chance you caught HIV during the event described and obviously it is safe to continue unprotected sex with your wife. There was no reason to ever stop.
Dr. Hook and I do not comment in each other's threads; our opinions and advice always are identical anyway so there is no point in asking. Do not start a new thread about the same sexual exposure. It would be deleted without reply and without refund of the posting fee. This is not a counseling service for the irrationally frightened.
doctor, please help me. i am begging you
Doctor I am a student and really do not have money to open a new thread. Your answer will be appreciated very much.
Today has been 4 weeks from the incident. All std tests came negative today, including HIV.
Can I forget about HIV after unprotected oral sex that I received and continue unprotected sex with my wife?
Yes. But this is irrelevant to your situation. If you were exposed to either infection -- which is very unlikely -- the infection undoubtedly was aborted by the antibiotic. There is simply no realistic chance you have gonorrhea or syphilis from this event. Let it go.
That should end this thread; I'll have no more comments or advice.
Doctor, just yes or no question:
While receiving oral sex is it possible to get infected with gonorrhea or syphilis if there are no sores in the mouth of giver (sucker)?
Patience, patience.
Stop splitting hairs and stop looking for trivial differences from other comments on the forum. My reply to your question and in the other thread are consistent with one another. It is highly likely that Augmentin in the dose and duration I just recommended would abort incubating gonorrhea -- which almost certainly you didn't catch anyway. You can safely take the drug then continue unprotected sex with your wife.
The problem here isn't just STD; you apparently are reacting emotionally to the sexual event, perhaps conflicted about your own sexual orientation or preferences. But this isn't a counseling service, so that will be all for this thread. Please accept the reassurance and move on with your life.
doctor please answer. please.
Thank you Doctor or let's say Angel.
But, you said: augmentin "should" prevent...
Will 7 days of augmentin (1000 * 2) cure any possible gonorrhea?
because you said:
4) Augmentin is excellent gonorrhea treatment and amoxicillin is pretty good by itself.

I am not challenging you professor but need assurance
Welcome to the STD forum.
In general, oral sex is safe sex for the insertive (penile) partner -- not completely free of risk, but the chance of any STD is far lower than for unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
That said, prophylactic antibiotic therapy is not unreasonable. Augmentin has not been studied in this contact, but for sure it would successfully abort incubating syphilis. It's activity against gonorrhea is less certain, but 1,000 mg should effectively prevent or abort gonorrhea if taken twice daily for 5 days. The other STD of potential concern is herpes due to HSV-1, although the chance of that is very low. Unprotected sex with your wife should be safe after 10 days, assuming no symptoms appear by then.
