Still not convinced

Hi Doctor. Firslty I will like to appologise for me asking more questions.I unfortunetly seem to feel that I have some sort of HSV SYMPTOMS. If you remember my previous post was I had unprotected oral sex from a sex worker. The problem is a week after the incident I am constantly having muscle twitching all over my legs and my left lower back is constantly in pain. Its not muscle spasm.I have an on and off dry cough The back of my left leg is constantly tight. When I go to gym my back becomes more sore and leg is tighter than before. This has happened all after exposure. I also had a burning sctrotom for a couple of days and I think I needed to urinate more often in the first week after exposure and slight whitish discharge which lasted for two days. I have 4 red little pimples on the one side of my penis head smaller than a pin head and they seem to stay that size all the time. It also seems to have redish area on top of the urethra with hundreds of little bumps , it seems to get redder at night. My questions is does this sound like any std. My doc has put me on two dosages of anti Biotics and I think Famvir. But i still get this involuntary muscle twitching all over my legs and especially when I am seated.Tomorrow its 5 weeks from exposure and I will be going for all the test next week Tuesday. I am not feeling 100%and I dont think its due to anxiety.

In two previous threads, I responded that your symptoms were so unlike herpes that I didn't even recommend testing for it.  The same goes for your current symptoms; whatever is going on, it isn't herpes, which simply does not do the things that you describe.  It doesn't sound like any STD.  No STD causes muscle twitching.  I doubt your doctor agreed you are likely to have an STD; my guess is you talked him/her into trying antibiotics and famvir.  If it happens that your herpes blood test is positive for HSV-2, it will not mean it explains your symptoms.

Oh yes I forgot that my inner quads also pull tight and all these symptoms happened post exposure.

Thanks a lot

Still doesn't sound like herpes or any STD.
