Super quick question!

If I finger a girl, and my finger has her vaginal fluids on it, and then eventually I rub the outside of my eye a little while later when its probably dry, is there any STD/HIV risk? What if I rubbed my eye shortly after fingering her, if the vaginal fluid had not dried yet? (I'm not sure if it was dry or not, just making sure in both cases)

My eyes were itchy the other day when this happened, and I just wanted to make sure!

Thank you!

Hello

Question, my dumb *** move going to a Go-go bar and getting a lap dance with a young Russian stripper.  To make long question short, she was grinding me very hard.  I proceeded to finger her deeply, no cuts on hand...but then a opened my pants and rubbed my penis on the outside of her very wet vagina.  When the dance was over I washed off and saw cuts and scratches (from grinding before) on my penis... I know with certainty that her vaginal fluids were on my penis and on those cuts...HIV risk?
Thanks for your help
