Symptoms of an STD?

Dear Doctor,
After 5 months of having sex with an unknown woman and worrying I took an HIV test and it came back negative. There is a transparent clear liquid, you can't hardly see it in the tip of my urethra all the time and I feel that I drip when I sit down after I go to pee, even thoug I shake it very well and dry it. It burns a little when I pee and my puvic region feels like stinging inside and sometimes is a pain that does not go away. One doctor told me it was protatitis, I took Cipro for two weeks. I came back because it did not go away, I suggested to the doctos that it could be NGU, he gave me Doxi something, I don't remember the name twice a day for a week. I felt better for like a week. I had sex with my girlfriend and the pain the puvic area started again. I did have sex with her before the end of the treatment, so I think I gave her something, I got fix and when I had sex with her I got it again.
My girlfriend does not have any symptoms, but I told her to check herself and her doctor told her to send me to check before making her go to an unconfortable procedure.

My questions:

1) Is 5 Months Negative HIV test conclusive that I don't have HIV?
2) Can I have Chlamydia?
3) Is 9 months too late to threat Chlamydia? I want to have kids, thats why.

Thank You,
You guys are awesome.

You were previously assured that even a 6 week HIV test was conclusive proof you didn't get HIV, and you already posted the negative results of a 3 month test.  It was a waste of money to have a 5 month test, but of course it was conclusive.  Please don't keep coming back to post any more HIV results.

Chlamydia could cause scant urethral discharge, but generally isn't painful.  Most important, chlamydia could not persist in the face of the antibiotics you have taken.  I doubt you had it to start, but if you did, it is gone now.  You might or might not have a prostate problem, but you don't have an active infection of any kind.

You can be 100% certain you don't have an STD or any other infection that could ever harm you or your current or any future sex partner.  Knowing your symptoms don't mean anything important probably will help you live with them, if they persist.  But if they bother you, continue to work with your personal health care provider.

I meant to add that doxycycline, in the dose you received, is one of the standard treatments for chlamydia.  Cipro in the dose you took also would cure most cases.  So you have been doubly treated and there is no chance of persistent infection.
