Syphilis Rash Question

Can a syphilis rash only apear on one foot? Also does it hurt at all? I know being tested is the only real way to find out if in-deed it's related. I have about 10 small semi painful red spots under the skin on my heal and 4 blister like spots on that same foot just back by my ankle. I constantly travel so I'm thinking it might have been something I encountered more than someone I encountered. Any direction in this would be great.

After the canker there is a rash and it is common for the foot or hands but can be anywhere. No it does not hurt, but chances are you would not miss a canker.

Thanks for the reply, I'm leaning more that way my self. But about 10-12 weeks ago I had a brief encounter with someone no sex but some naked rubbing and so on. So this is the only reason I pose this question. I'm not sure if that fits in to the definition of "newly" but if it does then great. I just got over a cold but it's going around to my other co-workers as well I don't believe it's linked as a symptom.  Thanks again.

a newly inquire syphilis sore would only occur at the point of contact and it is painless. soo unless someone was having sex with your foot this is most likely a fungal infection BUT we could diagnose you so you need to see your doctor.
