Possible Molluscum or HPV?

This question is in direct relation with: Urethra and Dots on Penis shaft topic (which is also helped by you)
I am 23 y/o and not married.

This happened almost 3 months ago now.
I had sex with a girl that "been" around but in which I believe practice safe sex. I had sex with her and used condom, but I took off condom stupidly, and inserted 2 - 3 times, and pulled out. Now in relation to my current symptoms listed on the previous thread, could this play a major role in my current symptoms? (This includes the girl I talked about in the other thread. So in total, 2 encounters with 2 separate girls).

One lump as described before and one other one half the size of it is the major issue for me right now. While I know warts would be of a cauliflower texture or shape, in general, my penis is wrinkly. How am I suppose to differentiate a cauliflower texture if my penis texture on my bottom shaft is wrinkly already?

When I extend the skin to see the lump stretched out, I don't see any particular markings on it, its actually just seems to be a smooth but a visible bump. I wouldn't say blister,  But certainly is not a Folliculitis as it is too big for that. But when I don't extend it, it seems like a faint line goes through it.

All around the dorsal vein part of my penis shaft (so opposite of the underside) have a bunch of skin colored spots. These spots seem to becoming a bit white on the top, very minimal but it is noticeable cause I see some white. So now the difference between the past few days is that now they seem to be a bit more white on the tip. When I extend skin, I can see some white that is from the dots.

The 2 bumps, and bunch of little dots, all occured within 24 hours or within 2 days of each other.

How much of a risk am I for HPV? Could this be The reason for all these questions is cause I am in China. And doctors here, they are not very open about STDs and don't treat people well due to the enormous amt of ppl going to hospitals.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Dr. Handsfield has addressed your concerns and indicated to you that there are no STDs which explain the set of symptoms you have now repeatedly described and ended your rather prolonged exchange, telling you that there would be no further responses until you had been seen by a dermatologist or other suitable specialist.  You now re-post repeating much of what you have said in a space far beyond what is allowed on the Forum, adding that you are concerned that this may be related to an encounter 3 months ago.  My first inclination was to simply delete you question but I have decided to provide you with a single response.  There will be no more.

As Dr. Handsfield has told you, the variety of lesions and the time course that you have described does not bring to mind any STDs - NONE.  If perhaps you are incorrect on the time course, molluscum remains a possibility and if they are somehow related to your exposure of 3 months ago and were unnoticed until this time (which seems unlikely), perhaps HPV is a possibility but to be honest, both seem unlikely from your descriptions. Irrespective of whether these are warts of molluscum, whether they represent some other dermatological process or are due to normal variation, I sincerely doubt that the process represent any acute danger to your health.  If you do not feel comfortable in seeking medical care at your present location, it will not be a problem or dangerous for you to wait.
For evaluation

Finally, it is my impression that you have been spending a lot and probably far too much time examining yourself. This is really not in your best interest.  Please try to control your anxiety and not worry so much about this.

This will be the only answer you receive related to this post.  Please work to move on. EWH

For all the little dots on the shaft of my penis:

- My Penis shaft color is naturally brown.
- The dots are visible as they are pinkish (pink shade of brown) (Extremely tiny hint on white (see next point))
- When I stretch the skin, I can see very thin white excess skin from these dots that show where they are. (circular white skin marks????)
- These many dots can barely be felt, they are just more visible then can be felt
- There is no redness beside or close to them

As for skin colored flat lump
- Seems to have two lines going through out somewhat crossing each other. But again, it seems to blend in with the other wrinkles on my penis despite it is an obvious lump/bump.
- The color of it is pink-brownish as well, but is probably the size of the 4 - 5 of the dots I see on the shaft.
- Lump can be felt more compare to the other dots, but its not straight up protuding
- When I stretch the skin, I see that although it is a bump, there is an irregular shaped tone of pink-red in it.

I really appreciate your help Doc..

I do have eczema, and recently, my scrotum has become red and itchy. It is also very strangely more wrinkly than usual. This all is connected to the current dots as well.

My eczema has extended to my thigh and calf muscles, and arms. Its just cause of all the heat, moisture, and sweat from daily commute. Yeah, its really hot here.

Due to this environment, it is impossible to not sweat, so naturally my genital region would be hot or moist, but I know this is also a distinguishing factor for warts. When I am in AC controlled room, my entire genital still feels moist. The spot doesn't glistening or shiny with moisture hough.
