Testing Advice

While visiting an Asian massage Parlor 3 days ago, I requested hand only, but during the process, the worker took my penis about an inch into her mouth for 2-3 seconds. She then licked the shaft and took the scrotum onto her mouth. I stopped her and insisted hand only! She completed, and I ejaculated. I have a steady relationship and need to know what  to test for, when, and how long to abstain from girlfriend? Also can I get prophylactic meds, and if so, what type?

Testing for penile infections can be reliably performed at this time. As noted above, tests would be for gonorrhea and NGU. EWH

Welcome to the Forum. The very brief exposure you describe is most unlikely to put you at risk for any STI.  Certainly there is no risk for infection from having the shaft of your penis or scrotum licked.  Similarly, there is no risk from receipt of masturbation. Had you acquired an STI from having her take your penis into her mouth, you would most likely experience a penile discharge or burning on urination but given how brief your exposure is, infection is quite unlikely.  If you do not develop symptoms in the next day or two I would not worry at all and see no reason for testing.  If you feel the need for the assurance that testing would provide, then a simple urine test for gonorrhea, chlamydia and signs of infection  (white blood cells) will be sufficient.  Personally, I would not even bother with testing.  EWH
