Exposure through receiving unprotected oral

My only exposure has been by receiving unprotected oral at massage parlour.  I had slight irritation around urethra but it seemed to be caused by rubbing against an undergarment and heavy sweating.  That has happened before.  I had very slight white discharge upon milking. All of my symptoms occured about 14 days after exposure and they have now gone away after about one day.  Feeling fine except for anxiety.  Do I have reason to worry about Chlam or Gono?

Your symptoms suggest possible infection, especially if the discharge is real, and not mucus you squeezed out by repeated checking.  But the exposure was very low risk (see multiple other threads on the risk of STD from oral sex).  In any case, do not rely on anybody's online opinion and advice.  If you think your symptoms are real, get heatlh care.  A good place to start would be your local health dept STD clinic.
