Trich or other STD - I an Obsessing

About 12 weeks ago I made a terrible decision and had protected vaginal sex with someone other than my wife.  I have regretted the decision every day since and have been terrified I may have caught something.  It is the worst thing I have ever done and would do anything to take it back.

I believe I have finally convinced myself I don't have herpes after experiencing every symptom outside of lesions but I can't convince myself I don't have trich or another std as I have had a strange penis "ache" for the past 7+ weeks.

The actual incident included a few minutes of protected vaginal sex, my hand did slip inside her vagina accidentally.  I also had some trouble due to nervousness getting penetration, but eventually was able to after she stimulated me more.  The condom didn't break that I am aware of.

Based on what I have read on other posts, I probably have anxiety related symptoms and my risk of trich is low, but I can't convince myself of that.

Here is what I am feeling:
* I started obsessing about urinary frequency around 3 1/2 weeks (24 days) after the incident.  After this I had a day or two where I didn't drink much to stop/lessen the frequency.
* At about 26 days I started to feel a vague ache in my penis.  This feeling has been there more or less since, sometimes disappearing for a day or two.
* The ache goes away/feels a lot better when I am well-hydrated.
* I notice it more after running on a treadmill as I tend to be more dehydrated.
* When I am more dehydrated it feels a little like burning or something.
* I have not had any pain during urination or ejaculation.
* I was tested for chlymida, syphilis, and gonnorhea.  All were negative.
* I have not seen any discharge.
* Sometimes the ache comes back an hour or two after urination, sometimes 5 or 10 minutes after.
* My wife has had no discharge or anything else that would suggest trich even though we have had unprotected sex 6-7 times since the incident.

Thanks for your time, I apologize for my long question but I really just needed to ask and to have someone set me straight as it literally is all I can think about.  You have done this, I need to get off of the internet and stop reading about this and just get on with things.

You are obsessing and need to get over this.  You do  not have STD and your guilt and anxiety are causing you to notice sensations that you have likely always had and now attributing them to STD-related to your risk.  In addition, you are really abused our site.  the reason for the word limit is to make questions concise so that more questions can be answered.  Here are brief answers to your questions:

1.  Condoms protect against trich.  there are scientific studies that prove this.
2.  Any discomfort you are feeling is more likely to be a manifestation of your anxiety than a true problem
3.  Yes
4.  No
5.  This is your anxiety. Get over it

You do not have STD.  Your exposure was no risk.  If you really want to address this, stop your own perseveration and ask your partner to get checked.  It is past time for you to move on from this.  EWH

Also, the ache/tingling/itching/etc. seems to mostly be in the penis head.  At times I have felt like maybe I am having discharge or something but when I look I haven't seen anything.  I have also tried squeezing the head of the penis a few times but nothing has come out.  Sometimes I have felt a slight pinching or twinging in the penis and once had what felt like a spasm after running.

I also am urinating more frequenting, probably just from drinking more.  Most of the urine looks okay, a pale yellow or almost clear depending on how much I am drinking.

Okay, enough from me for now.  Thanks.

Sorry for the long post, obviously this is all I can think about.  I have literally been in a living hell of my own making for the past 12 weeks.

My Questions:
I know my risk is low based on the condom, but please humor me as I am looking for reasons to convince myself that I don't have anything.
1.  On other websites they say there is a trich risk even with a condom as it may not have covered everything.  On this site generally if someone wheres a condom there is no trich risk.  Why is that?
2.  What does "mild or slight discomfort after urination" mean for trich as I have seen it listed on other sites?  Is it immediately after urination?  Does what I have seem like the sort of discomfort that trich might cause?
3.  If I had discharge, would I see it?
4.  Anything else that could be causing this?
5.  Am I just being anxious about this?  The symptoms feel so real I am having a hard time getting past them.  I know most men with trich don't have symptoms as well.

Thank you for your time.
