UTI or STD?

So I'm a 17 year sexually active(monogamous/sometimes unprotected) male and I am worried about the potential of having a STD. I have been to the doctor and a blood lab, but have to wait a week to find out the results. I'm freaking out a little bit and any input would be amazing.

My symptoms are: Frequent urination/ Stinging sensation when peeing/ semen discharge from penis (the discharge is colored white/ milkyish)

I know that the discharge is definitely semen because I smelled it and the distinctive odor is clearly apparent. If it was pus it wouldn't have a smell, correct?

I'm on medication and am nearing the 24 hr limit where the medicine is supposed to cure the supposed UTI I hope it is, but am seeing no decrease in the small amounts of discharge and the pain is dulling down though.

My partner has had no symptoms of chlymdia or ghonnorea (excuse my blatant misspelling of the words) and has only had three sexual encounters in her past with men that have not had these symptoms during a relationship with her.

Baterial discharge would be white or yellowish. You might have a few things going on and with a white discharge and burning while urinating i would surely see a doctor to find out the cause. You dont want to cause any scaring in your urethra and some of these std can like Gono.

Is sperm still considered penal discharge? Because I thought I was in the clear/ had an epiditimis infection in terms of std due to that fact. Discharge typical of stds normally has no smell. And it started around last saturday and the time i had sex before then was on thursday. So its way less than the 5 day limit if that changes anything.

I just want to thank you so much for the help. I really appreciate what you do. :)

Hi, urethra discomfort, penal discharge that appear around 5 days or so post exposure are definatly symptoms of an std. It also could be a uti due to the urge to urinate but uts, mean urinary tract infection basicly and the test will discover which one.
Its possible for the girl to be asymptomatic esp with chlamydia but not so much with Gono.
Let us know the test results. As far as the meds your taking showing no impovement, it depends what they treated you for and also with certain uti, it takes a few trips to the doc to get them cleared up.
