UTI or STD

When i was in Dominican republic for vacation i found out i had a kidney stone later i came back to Miami went to the emergency room and they did not find any stone but need say i had an UTI, I was prescribe cyprofloxacin the symptoms started to improve but a week later or so i started to feel the burning sensation again. i took more antibiotic for another week, it got better but some times i can kinda feel a mild burning sensation when urinating. i being taking cranberry pill and it helps but t doesn't go away completely. My question is can it be an STD. the last time i had sex was in December, i am worry that it could be an STD, i hope is just an UTI resistant to antibiotic.
