Unprotected oral sex now with tingling in penis. Help!

So I'm an idiot and I had unprotected oral sex from some girl I do not know.  A few days after my penis began to tingle and burn.  Just enough for me to notice but not excruciating.  I immediately started examining myself and found a very small crater like bump on the underside of the head of my penis.  I've never noticed this place before but I haven't been looking.  It has never scabbed over and it is not an open wound.  I put rubbing alcohol on it and it did not hurt.  I'm really hoping this is a scar.  Should I be worried?  I have no other symptoms.  No painful urination or discharge and the tingling and burning in my penis comes and goes.

Also I'm about 11 days out.  Noticed the crater 8 days ago and it has not changed.

Hi, what your describing is not a symptom of any std. Herpes would be an issue if she had a lip sore at the time but no lip sore your risk is close to zero and she would not be giving you oral with herpes lip sore as the pain would be to much.
