STD FROM THIS ENCOUNTER?

Hello Doctor, first i waana apologize for my bad english.
I live in Tokyo and this afternoon i met a japanese escort.
Intercourse:
- deep kissing, quite a lot.
- i performed to her oral sex (no protection) two times, first time around 10 minutes and 5 minutes the second one
- she performed to me unprotected oral sex for a brief moment, maybe 10 seconds.
- vaginal sex (covered with condom) 2 times.

I am married and i am very scary to pass something to my wife.
Probably it's only a sense of guilty, but do you think i can catch something, in terms of STD (including AIDS),
for this exposure?
Can i have sex with my wife unprotected?

Thank you!

Even lower risk with such a brief exposure.  Don't worry about it.

Welcome to the forum.  Your English is OK.

Condoms work well to prevent most STDs; the vaginal sex exposure carried no significant risk.  Cunnlingus (oral-vaginal contact) is extremely low risk, even without protection.  It is very unlikely you caught any oral STD.

Unprotected fellatio (oral-penile) is low risk for the penile partner for all STDs and zero risk for some.  It is uncommon to be infected after a single exposure, but there is a small chance of gonorrhea, herpes due to HSV-1, and nongonococcal urethritis (NGU).  Syphilis is theoretically possible, but heterosexually transmitted syphilis is rare in Japan, so extremely unlikely.  There is no risk of HIV, HSV-2, or viral hepatitis, and little risk of HPV.

If I were in your situation, I would not get tested and I would continue unprotected sex with my wife.  You could add still more safety by waiting 2 weeks to have sex at home; if no symptoms (urethral discharge, penile blisters or sores), then go ahead.  I see no need for blood tests.  Of course if any symptoms appear, see your doctor or a clinic.

I hope this has helped.  Best wishes--  HHH, MD
