Very Concerned and nervious

Hello Sir,

2 weeks ago when I was in London I took an Moscow escort to hotel from a gentleman's club. She gave me an unprotected oral sex, and We had protected viginal sex with a 'dulex' condom she provided. After a while I took the condom off and she gave me another oral sex until the ending. The next day I took her to the hotel again but without having viginal sex, only oral sex but unprotected. ps I am the oral sex receiver, i didn't give any oral sex. I asked her about the health condition and she told me she did check up 3 months earlier and she is clean and carefully cared by herself.

Today is the 14th day, but I have been weak for 2 days. I have a feeling of fever, but tested a normal tempreture for two nights. But I am having another feeling of being tired, weak, and fever today, especially doing the gym, i felt cold and without normally energy inside. What is a tempreture should be if infected? Do you think it is possible to be a sign of being infected. Should i go to do a test 2 weeks later?

I am very concerned about not feeling well at this time.....do you have any suggestions.....

Many thanks

lucie

Welcome to our Forum. I am afraid that you have posted on the wrong site.   Questions about HIV belong on the HIV prevention site.  I will do my best to answer your questions with this reply but, if you have additional questions or follow-up they must be on the HIV Prevention site.  Sorry

This was a very low risk exposure for STD and a no risk exposure for HIV.  It is unlikely that your partner had an STD of any sort and if she did, condom protected sex is safe sex and oral sex is not an efficient way to transmit infections.

As for HIV, the quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex.  Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex.  As a result, it is our stance that HIV is not transmitted by oral sex.

I'm sorry that you do not feel well.  It is not due to HIV from the encounter you describe, nor any other STD.  I hope my comments are helpful and reassuring. There is no medical reason to seek testing related to this exposure.  EWH
