Your self-assessment is exactly right with "I know is a very low risk practice". There simply is no realistic chance of any STD from hand-genital contact, by kissing, or by mouth contact with nippes or other parts of the body.
Therefore, I suspect you are also correct that "maybe i am overreacting cause of my sense [of guilt]". Do not confuse STD risk with a sexual choice that you regret. They are not the same. You do not need testing for any STD, and if you have a regular partner, you can safely continue unprotected sex without risk.
