Warts? Herpes? Not sure-Need your opinion Dr. HHH

Doc, here is the situation.

Early 20's, male, hetero.  3 Months ago had protected oral with high risk prostitute.  Only received.  Tested negative for HIV, gonorrhea, clamidia.  Had penis checked out about a month ago at std center at my scool, nothing abnormal.

I had been checking myself waay to much.  After 3 months thought i was in the clear, had sex with girlfriend again.

Checked myself and now am worrying again.
On the underside of my penis, directly under the head of my penis (like where there is a little V that connects to the head) i have about 2 or 3 extremely small dots on each side of the v.

The dots are very small (like smaller than a very fine tip pen), easier to see when the skin it pulled  back tight.  They may be slightly raised.  The area when bunched up (not pulled tight) is slightly red and the little dots are red/white.

NO pain, no itch.  I am very concerned about what they might be.  They dont see like any pictures of herpes or warts i have seen online.  They are very very small.  I would not be able to see them unless i looked very closely.

If they are from HPV, since they are visable, this means they are low risk?

Do you think they sound like either HPV or herpes?  Again I wore a condom that worked, no breaks, and covered my penis.

I have scheduled an examination with the STD clinic at my school but they are backed up and cant see me for 1.5 weeks.  Just looking for your opinion in the meantime.

I feel horrible because i waited to have sex with my girlfriend for over 3 months and as soon as I did, i noticed these spots.

Thank you for the help.

Sorry, for me to start "inspecting" pictures posted in the net would be a disservice to you and improper for me.  Please keep your appointment.

I think the choice you picked for a screen name says it all. Try focusing your mind on something else and forget the pen dot marks on your penis. I will tell you this right now'; the more you stare at your penis, the more 15 dollars you will spend here. Stop WORRYINGALOT

Doctor, thanks for the quick reply.

The lesions occure in the region shown in the bottown right picture here:
http://www.nomorepapules.com/PearlyPenilePapulesPictures.html

but they are not nearly as big nor nearly as raised.  What i have are extremely small and one can only tell if they are raised by running ur finger lightly over the area when the skin is pulled tight.

Though i cerntainly hope it is infact a pearly penile papules and based on the region it seems this is the case.

I have read that HPV that causes warts is low risk compared to HPV that does not cause warts, so if they are infact warts, would it be a reason for concern?

I have basically ruled out herpes due to the condom use and appearence, do think this this is accurate.  Of course i will keep my appointment.  I am simply looking for advice based on what i write and understand that online comments are not a substitute for actually getting it checked out.

I suspect you are OK.  You have done the right thing to schedule an appintment with the clinic.  Since you have been checked, I susect these are not a problem.

While the lesions you describe might be warts, my guess is that they are normal structures called "pearly penile papules" which are present in that location on most men's penises.  These tend to vary in size from person to person and sometimes get noticed when folks become anxious and start inspecting their genitals closer than they had in the past.

Hope this helps.  Keep your clinic appointment.  Internet advice does not take the place of a real examination and testing.  EWH
