Warts and advice!?1?

Doc...  I'm pretty sure that I've picked up a case of moscollum, warts, and/or herpes.  I want to list my basic symptoms down below for you.  I just want to be educated going into tests on Monday and a future visit with my Doctor.

1.  Pen Dot sized bumps under the base/head of my penis that are real small and appear to the naked eye only during erection.  Nothing painful but my penis feels raw as do my lips.  I have been told I do not drink enough water and I'm often dehyrdrated.  That might explain raw/dryness but not warts.  Warts are not full of water.
2.  Cheek bite with some small blisters/small cankers?  on the far inside of my mouth.
3.  Receeding gums on the inside of my teeth.
4.  I burned my mouth with coffee less than a week ago and the next morning I felt two small bumps on my gums underneath my lips that are in identical spots on both sides of my mouth.  I want to say they are inflamed glands or scar tissue.
5.  Overall flaky/dry skin.

Finally, lots of anxiety!  I've had sex three times in my life (first time unprotected).  All times have ocurred within six weeks.  An associate of mine who works with athletic training specified that my bumps could merely be moscollum.  I would like to know your thoughts.  I'm getting tested on Monday but I'm a very social/busy person with lots of things to do.  I am stressed because I might get a visible symptom in front of them.

None of the things you describe sounds like warts, molluscum, herpes, or any other STD.  But you will never know for sure by online research or questioning a forum like this.  Your only option is to see a health care provider.  Your local health department STD clinic would be a good choice for expert, confidential care.

Virtually no STD ever causes outwardly visible disease that people could recognize. (How many times in your life have you met someone and said "Aha!  He's got genital herpes"?  Or warts, chlamydia, syphilis, or anything esle.  There was a time, generations ago, when advanced syphilis was rampant and sometimes there were telltale signs.  (Remember Phantom of the Opera?  In the original story, the reason for the mask, and for the phantom's ostracism, was syphilis.)  In the modern era, Kaposi's sarcoma had this dubious distinction in AIDS, especially if there were lesions on the face.  But with modern treatment even that is largely a thing of the past in western countries.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

I no expert. But i suspect fordyce spots if you only notice them during an erection. You probably have a cheek bight in your mouth because you probably bit your cheek. Overall sounds like a case of paranoia to me - but see what the doc thinks.
