Weird bump?

Not quite sure if this is the right forum for this, but I'll try. About a month or so ago I went to the bathroom and as I was wiping I felt a pain, like I had accidentally pulled one of my pubic hairs..but later when I felt it, it was a mosquito sized bump on the fleshy patch between the butt and vagina, but closest to the inside of my butt. It didn't feel like it had a head or anything, kind of raised and flat, but it stung to touch. It took a little over a week or so to completely go away, and it eventually didn't hurt. It never popped or scabbed over, it just kind of went away.  I am curious to know if someone might know what this is? I haven't had a recurrence with it. Just an ingrown hair maybe? Any ideas?

I don't think it was serious either, I just read more on it. I went to the doctor after it appeared because of what seemed to be a chaffing rash in my feminine area and up to my butt and they gave me a steroid shot for allergic dermatitis. So since it appeared a few days before the rash and was going away before I went to the doctor, I didn't ask about it..but apparently sometimes these appear with rashes. I also had an annual pap test done before I went to the doctor, when the bump was present, and the nurse didn't say anything about it, but I did point out the rash, and she just said it definitely didn't look like std's, but something I may have gotten a reaction to.

Im curious to find out what this lump on my penis is, it was swollen to the size of almost a dime, although it is painless it is very unattractive and i want to know what it is, i went to my doctor and im awaiting an appointment for a urologist, i constantly use polysporin on it, and the swelling has gone way down now its a red mark about the size of a pen maybe a little bigger, it does hurt to squeeze tho, and before this lump went down i would squeeze it and not pus but a white fluid came out of it, it does do that now but in very small amounts, any ideas about what this could be, i am sexually active.
