It is very rare for someone to develop measurable HIV antibodies later than 8 weeks; your exposure apparently was heterosexual, which is very low risk even if your partner had HIV; and she has told you she is not infected. Further your symptoms are not typical for HIV, and anyway symptoms never are as reliable as HIV testing itself. So the odds you have HIV are exceedingly low, probably zero. To put this into perspective, the chance you have HIV is less than the risk of dying in an accident or of some other (non-HIV) illness in the next week. Finally, as I have said many times, when a person suggests his or her own symptoms are due to anxiety or stress, s/he probably is right most of the time.
Bottom line, relax. If you need still further reassurance, have another HIV test 3 months after the exposure. It will be negative.
