We do not debate the mis-information found on all too many other web-sites. The transfer of STDs, including gonorrhea from one person to another by inanimate objects does not happen, or, if it ever has (I have never seen or heard of it from ANY reputable source in over 30 years of practice) it is extraordinarily rare. You have nothing to worry about from the exposure you describe. EWH
Thank you for your prompt response. Just to be clear, any vaginal secretions could not be transferred from the napkin to my penis? I read on healthscout that people can transfer the bacteria (gonorrhea) from the genital area to the mouth with their fingers. How is that different? From genital area to mouth with fingers... from genital area to penis with napkin? Sorry for being paranoid.
These are no risk exposures and you have nothing to be concerned about. STDs are transmitted by direct, not indirect contact and thus that her hands touched your "wet nap" represent no risk to you. The discomfort you are experiencing are most likely due to two contributing factors - the "fraction" involved with masturbation and your perfectly normal tendency to be wondering about your experience and therefore to be focused on your genitals more than you had in the past. As a result, some of the sensations you are experiencing are likely normal sensations that you had overlooked in the past.
Hope this helps. You do not have anything to worry about and do not need testing of any sort. Take care. EWH
