Worried about gonorrhea

What is wrong? I am worried out of my mind.
Never had an outside marriage experience before. On 23rd Feb I went to a strip bar and the stripper performed a close dance and put her finger in her vagina then in my mouth. I wasnt happy about this and wiped anything off my tongue with my hand and sleeve. Stupidly (I think) I went to the toilet and left.

Unrelated I had a sore throat and had just been prescribed erthyromycin.

3 days later developed an itchy penis and painful full bladder symptoms that got worse. No pain peeing. A friend who is a GP prescribed some Cipro.. for 7 days that didn't seem to do a huge amount. He thought it very unlikely it was related to stripper. Symptoms got worse over couple days. No discharge visible but sore bladder and testicle. Urine test showed raised WBC but no growth (erthromycin may mask?) Friend then also prescribed 1.0g of azithromycin which seemed to help for a day or so.
Went to see my propoer GP on 7th Mar who also said it was very unlikely the event caused STD transmission. Because the bladder pain was getting worse the GP prescribed more azithromycin 500mG or 6 days. At the same time I went to the GUM clinic who did a urine test and a smear test but didn't see anything. They said the antibiotics could be masking the results - but also said couldn't see me catching Gonorrhea from the episode.

Also a cold sore has developed on my mouth. Have I picked up Herpes?

Please help - bladder pain and uretha discomfort is still there and now have anal itching. Do I have STD and has it spread to my rectal area?

Many thanks Doc. I am still worried, I now have muscle aches, weakness and a fever. Should I be worried about ARS?

Nope.  But as I said, follow up with your GP or the GUM clinic if you remain concerned.

Your GP is exactly right, and I am sure the GUM clinic said the same thing.  They call them STDs because you have to have sex to get them.  You did not; finger from vagina to mouth does not count, and carries too low a risk for any STD to worry about or to warrant testing.  In any case, you have had expert care in person and I cannot add anything to the evaluation you had at the GUM clinic.  You can be 100% certain you have no STD, at least none you acquired at the strip bar.  Conintue to follow up with your GP and/or the GUM clinic if you remain concerned.
