It came back.

I remember sleeping with someone that had a whole crotch of bumps. I hadn't realized this till it was too late (was in dark). I didn't get concerned because I had on a condom. I later itched in a spot on my penis after that (cant recall how long afterwards but it had to be a good spell because I had forgot about it). I noticed a bump that came up in that itchy spot and it is the color of my penis but it is a bump that look like cauliflower (like a bump with little bumps on it). Well because it is jsut unattractive to my eyes and it grew jsut a little bit bigger, I cut it off and then just alcoholed my self and put peroxide on it everyday and that was it I had my smooth penis again. Then later it grew back. Then later I heard from the girl I sleep with constant that she had cervical cancer or possibly had it and that she think something was wrong with her pap smear (she also gets cold sores terribly bad and lip blisters seasonaly). Now, could she have gave it to me? And I cut the thing off but like a little bit later it grew back in exact same place and looks exactly the same. What might this be? Genital Warts or jsut a Skin tag or what? Honestly i am too embarrassed to go into a clinic for treatment of any kind. And I have had my HIV test through my mate (meaning if they aint got it I know I aint got it being we have unprotected sex often, but haven't given blood (which i think they test for HIV) or had a HIV test in years because I'm sleeping with the same partner. Please answer me back on board and also in my email in case I can't figure out how to get back here to see it.

Of course I can't tell by certain, but it is likely you have genital warts.  Stop trying to remove them yourself; in the long run you probably will make it worse.  See a health care provider for proper diagnosis and treatment.  If you don't have a regular doctor, go to your local health department STD clinic for expert care at little or no cost.

The human papillomavirus (HPV) types that cause cancer and most pre-cancerous changes on a woman's pap smear are different than those that cause genital warts.

Is it typical for them to return like that? And is there a way i can treat that one without going anywhere public? And also will I eventually get another wart or two or three? And will it ever turn into cancer?

And if I am having unprotected sex with that same person now should they get an outbreak or should they protect them selves with condoms? I have had unprotected sex with them for like 5 years  and they never got an outbreak.

Yes, warts come back. They are especially likely to come back if inadequately treated; and you can be certain your self-treatment was seriously inadequate.  Your partner(s) undoubtedly are carrying the virus by now, but most infected people don't develop visible warts.

You need to see a health care provider; anything else is just plain irresponsible.  Online opinions from me or anyone else are not a substitute, and I will have no further responses unless and until you report the findings after you are examined.
