Hello Doctors,

I m sick with anxiety because of an mistake of mine.I m a married man with 5 year old.
I did 2 acts which are very shameful and I regret them, out of my guilt I have also told them to my wife and out of her love, she forgave me On Sept 17th. I went to a massage parlor where I got massaged and may be I fingered the lady and she gave me a hand job.
On Oct 20th. I went to an escort from backpages.com and she gave me unprotected oral sex where I came in her mouth and I also licked her vagina for a minute. After the act I cleaned my penis with a wet towel. I didnt see any blood in my penis. When I was licking her vagina I didnt notice any blood and I m not sure if there any vaginal liquids, it was not more than 60-90 seconds. My oral health is not so great. I have no bleeding gums or inflammation but 2 places where I broke my tooth near the gum but it is closed.
The next day, I got a sort of tingling feeling in my throat and my tongue had white all over it. Tonsils were not paining, I had no feve, i constantly checked if i had fever and it was always around 98.3 - 98.7. I took the HIV Oral swab test for Sept 17th incident and it came out negative, also took the antibody test from stdtestexpress and it also came out negative.  After a week of the second incident, I started feeling kind of burning in my urnation and I went to medexpress and told the doctor, the doctor took a swab of the uretera and some urine and gave me Doxycline hyclate for 10 days. After 2 days the tests came out negative for Gonnorrhea, chlaymadia and UTI and when I asked medexpress, they said it is good to take the doxycline
In the meantime I called the escort and asked her if she had any diseases, she told me that she has none and she has kids and tested on Oct 1 and was negative for all( I m not able to believe)

These data serve to confirm that you di dnot get HIV from the exposure you described.  There is no need to worry.  Please move forward.  EWH

Sorry to repost, I know that you said nothing more to say. The guilt as well as the phobia of HIV in me took me to new levels of stress and anxiety

On the 30th day of my exposure(19th Nov). I went ahead and took my PCR DNA test through labcorp and the results came in today.

Correct,  you have no meaningful reason for concern.

I have seen oral genital warts and thus it is theoretically possible that if they were present they could be transmitted however HPV is less common in the oral cavity than in genital areas and transmission would likely be likewise less efficient.

So I need not also worry for herpes, hpv and syphillis in my situation for oral sex. Is it low risk and I need not worry about gential herpes and warts or should I test before I put my fears.

Have you seen gential warts transmitted orally

Thanks for the re-post.  have you been on doxycycline for most of the past 20 days since this exposure?  Doxycycline can cause all sorts of rashes and skin irritations.  If you are still taking it, I would stop, no matter what. there are no STDs which would require more doxycycline than you have already taken.  

Your wife is correct- you are over reacting to this and need to figure out a way to get past it. she sounds very supportive- you are fortunate.  

To quote one of the folks on the HIV Prevention community site- it is time to stop the "crotch watch".  The fact is that there are many irregularities present in the genital region which can be mis-identified by nervous persons.  I can assure you however that the lesion you have noted is not a genital wart (or other STD for that matter) since warts take, on average, 6 months to appear after exposure.

As for your specific questions:
1. Have you heard anyone who has got infected by HIV where they were given a fellatio or giving cunnilingus to a woman Also I m very worried about other Sti like herpes,hpv and sypllis through this way

No, never. These are unrealistic fears in your situation.

2. Could I have given this to my wife, we didnt have any unprotected vaginal or anal sex but she might have given me a fellatio.
Again, no.

On oct 20. I had unprotected cunnilingus and fellatio with an escort,10 days later I had burning sensation and dr took test for gonnorhea,cylamydia and uti, all came negative but the gave me do doxycycline

About 5 days back, I started feeling kind of burning sensatiions in my skin and I read it can be to Doxycline but I was never out in the sun at all.
Yesterday, I found out that there is like a small pimple near my anal, I had my wife take a look and she said it look more like a pimple and not like a wart. I feel kind of pricking sensation.  I m very worried if I got genial warts or it is just a heat pimpleToday is my 24 day, should I go for PCR testing. Out of my anxiety I keep checking for every possible STD dieases, if my lips chap due to cold, I think it is Herpes, My wife says that if this goes on, I would surely kill myself due to stress and anxiety. I read a lot of your answers and other websites which says that Oral carries the least For the past 2 days, my wife has had kind of sore throat and body pain. I m very afraid if I had given anything to herI have 2 questions and I m sure your answers would help me feel better
