Worried

I noticed a couple of weeks back some raised red bumps on my penis head (around the rim area) and was wondering what it could be. About 1 1/2 years ago I laid with a person (unprotected) but we did not have intercourse. WE did have contact but no penetration. These bumps are going on over 3 weeks and they have no blisters that i can see and do not itch or are sore. I saw them and was shocked and naturally think i have Herpes.

Appearance of such symptoms that long after exposure almost certainly means it isn't an STD.  Maybe pearly penile papules, which are a normal anatomic variant (usually not red, however); or, if only 2 bumps, on on each side of the urethral opening, maybe prominent Tyson's glands.  It doesn't sound like herpes or any other STD.

The standard advice applies:  See a health care provider.

They are at the base of the head and are like raised patch's in clusters of three roughly speaking.
