Worry

Good evening doctor i'm concerned about two exposures i had this month
October 16 i call a sexual worker and the following things happen protected oral sex and protected vaginal sex
Second exposure was last night i call another sexual worker and had unprotected oral sex and i try to have intercourse and i couldn't penetrate her i was to drunk so we continue we oral sex

Symptoms from first exposure are burning sensations on my penis head i feel like some one is pinching it
It gets really wrinkled sometimes and today i notice a white mark on the head under the uthera is a good size but it doesn't hurt or isn't raised it just a white mark i feel discomfort on my balls and today my penis was itching

I'm a 24 year old male who no health problem i tested a year a go for all stds and they been negative except for oral herpes

How low is my risk?
Does this sound like a std?

Thank you for ur time

This will be my final reply.

Your exposures were very low risk and you have been seen by a trained specialist who saw nothing of concern. the descriptions you provide likelwise do not raise any concern aobut possible STDs.  It is time for you to stop worrying and concentrate on moving forward, beyond the exposure you have described.  I see no need for tother STD-related testing.  EWH

Welcome to the Forum.  I'll try to help. Most commercial sex workers do not have STDs and even when they do, most unprotected exposures do not lead to infection.  Further, in your case, condom protected sex is safe sex with no appreciable risk for any STD.  Receipt of oral sex is likewise very low risk.  In addition, I should point out to you that there are no STDs which cause symptoms at 24-48 hours after exposure so any symptoms you have experienced to date are not STDs acquired through the exposures that you describe.

The wrinkling and white mark you have noted are likely to be normal skin structures that you have not noticed in the past, not signs of an STD.

Please do not take antibiotics “just in case”.  Many of our clients do this and it typically confuses things.  If you are truly concerned you can go to a local STD clinic for evaluation.  They are good at STD testing and provide confidential services at little or no cost, sometimes on a walk--in basis and sometimes by appointment,  .  To find your local STD Clinic call the local Health Department.

My advice to you is to not worry.  I hope my comments will help you not to worry.  EWH
