Yeast infection or STD?

So a couple of weeks ago I (stupidly) had unprotected sex with a girl. Recently I've started noticing that I have some pretty unnerving symptoms, which are as follows:

The urethra of my penis is itchy
Yellowish, whitish discharge (I just noticed this today for the first time, so it's not a lot)
Burning when I pee

I figured I might have a yeast infection, but information for men on this topic is terrible on the internet, so I was wondering if anyone on here might have any idea of what's going on? There's no rash, no blisters, no itchy red bumps, no discolored skin, my testicles aren't painful or swollen, etc etc. Everything in 100% normal except for those listed symptoms. Also, for whatever I have (assuming it's not a yeast infection), is it curable? I hope I don't have some crazy life sentence here... Any help would be much appreciated!

While it could be a yeast infection it could also be Chlymida or maybe gonorrhea. Advice is to see a Dr, tell him/her symptoms, request a STD test also.
