Hello Dr.

I say every 3-4 months before my menstral my pubic area gets tender, then the next day there are two or three small bumps that are sore with puss inside with a piece of hair it. In a couple of days their gone. 4 months later it happen again in a different location is this herpes. I dont experience fever, or pain in my leg. I got tested and the results were negative. I don't experience no bumps in my mouth or lips, or near the anal area

The small bumps dont last a week and most of the time they dont appear.

Bascially when they appear they appear near it is time for my menatration.

please tell me this is not herpes

It could also be molluscum, which can last for a few months. Definitely not herpes.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Herpes lesions always progress from onset to complete healing within 10-14 days.  Anything persisting this long cannot be herpes.  As someone suggested before my response (below), molluscum contagiosum sounds like a possibility.  But many other things are possible as well.  See a health care provider for diagnosis.

Good luck--  HHH, MD

That isn't herpes. If it was, they would have been painful, itchy, and they would have opened up, scabbed over and disappeared within the span of a few weeks. I know, I've had genital herpes for 4 years. They might be warts or they could just be folliculitis. Not herpes though.
