black spots on my penis skin and sometime burn feeling

Doctor, I had a safe sex with (I had used condom and the girl was virgin) a girl 3 weeks back. After that suddenly I felt burning feeling for very even less than second sometimes on my penis. Then after 1-2 weeks I am seeing the black spots on the skin of the penis. The burning feling still continuing. sometimes I felt muscle pain in my legs. But there is no other symptoms of sore or any other.

Is it a any kind of STD ??

BTW...there are no official medhelp doctors in the forum. Go to the expert forum for more advice. That costs $15.

The black spots are probably just changes in skin color like freckles, moles, etc. Go to a dermo to be sure. I have these as well. I have been told that they are normal.

As for the burning and muscle pain. It is unlikely that it is related to that encounter with a virgin (unless your received the "miraculous infection".)

You should probably check with a urologist and get a standard STD screen. It could be something from the past. However, it does not sound like an STD. Prostatitis is more likely.
