can i contract an STD for not using a condom for a few seconds?

i had sex recently, i used a condom although one time i pulled out and the condom wasn't on. Im not sure if it fell off when i was pulling out or what? either way im not sure if there was a time i didn't have one on although im worried i could have an STI to even the highest level like HIV.  Im in Thailand currently so can't really get tested and even though im not  showing any types of signs like discharge etc when i concentrate so much i get a stinging feeling in my bellend but i think it might be all in my head? the main question is, for such a small amount of time without a condom could i have contracted an STI?

Possible...yes, likely NO. Just do to the face that it was probably on pulling out and if any exposure it was probably  a very short amount of time. Did you notice the condom "hanging out" when you pulled out or was it inside?
