can you get an std from a hand job?

I was at a strip club a couple days ago, the girl gave me a hand job and would occasionally use saliva as a lube. She put my penis in her mouth a few times but she didn't actually give me a blow job she just put her tounge on it. She may have touched her self while giving me the hand job I'm not sure. While she was grinding on me my penis was scratched on my zipper and it peeled a thin layer of skin off. Once I was home I applied a triple antibiotic on the scrape. The next day I felt an itch on my testicles and I scratched it and it was a little red but it wasn't in any pain and the itching wasn't unbearable. The next night I got an itch on my right front hip, again I scratched but this time I got a rash from it. I applied triple antibiotic to the rash as well. I feel a burning sensation from my penis, it might be from the antibiotic as I have applied it for the past couple of days. I have never been sexually active until this encounter. Are these the symptoms of a std? Is there a possibility that I contracted a std? Could that rash have been a coincidence? Please help!

I have a burning sensation in my penis and for some reason it is smaller and I can't get an erection. Any thoughts?

I started to get red bumps on the tip of my penis and the rash on my hip worsened. Ate you sure that's not a std?

I did get new underwear, maybe it's a reaction to the fabric...

Not sure why you had a rash but not from a STD.
