clean bill of health or not??

To: dr hook
Sorry to bother you, but I just had a few last questions before I take my 12 week test on saturday. I know you told me to move on from this experience, but i just wanted to get an assesment on all the tests I have taken post my one time exposure of unprotected vaginal intercourse with women of unknown status.

Hiv dna pcr @18 days/28 days-undetected
rapid Hiv 5.3,7,9,10.3 weeks - negative
Syphillis @ 8 weeks - negative
chlam/Gon 10 days post- negative
hep. a, b , c- 6.3 weeks -neg

Does this almost asure me that I didnt aquire any stds after this one time exposure. I still have some muscle aches in legs, arms, hands and feet, but more concerned with gf symptoms of pelvic pains and cramping as well as head aches. ( had unprotected sex with her after 8 weeks post exposure, when I was assured by several people including Dr. hook that I was all good.) I have read about PID but dont know much about it, but is it possible she contracted it from me. What whould I have to have to give her that? I guess the ultimate question is with the testing I have done in thier specific window periods, do I have a clean bill of health std wise(not including hpv or herpes-didnt test for and no symptoms 11.4 weeks post). Would greatly appreciate your feed back , so I could finally put this to bed or take more tests. Not sure what else to test for. Thank you

Your tests are negative,.  You do not have any of these STDs.  Stop perseverating on this.  EWH
