confused can u help?

My bf and i had had a year out from each other, in that year i slept with one man which was about seven months ago. I got back with my bf about 3 months ago then about a week ago i went to the doctors with lower abdominal pains and irregular bleeding. I was diagnosed with chlamydia. Is it possible that i contracted it seven months ago from this other man or is my bf lying when he says he hasn't slept with anyone else in the year we were separated?

That is not totally correct.  A person can go a year to a year and a half without severe symptoms.  Also, it is possible for men to have trich for years and not know it.  They do not usually get symptoms.  And if a partner does not notify them...they never find out.

But it is still possible that the infection came from either men.  It is not possible to figure out which one because there is no test for how long one has had an infection.  However, it is more likely this is a recent infection because if symptoms are to show, they do within 1-4 weeks.

Being judgemental without hearing all sides can cause you to miss out in a lot in life.

You more then likely got it from your boyfriend because its unlikely to have chlyamdia for 7 months, and not have mild/severe symtoms before you engaged in sexual activity with your boyfriend. Especially if you've noticed the symptoms AFTER sleeping your boyfriend. In my opinion drop his *** ... From my personal experience no man is worth catching an STD for and next time it could possibly be incurable ... I know this from experience, my kids father gave me "trich". I drop kicked his *** to da curb asap!!!!
