gonorrhea risks and symptoms

on a business trip to san diego, i had two incidents with 4 diff csws.

three was uprotected oral sex, her giving me, and protected vaginal sex.  i took the condom off aftter the act, no rips, tears, breaks, and always remained on.

the last one was oral unprotected, her on me, for ten minutes or so.  she was older and had seen lots of men over the years, but she said she only does oral and is clean.

do either of these present any risk of gonorrhea?

also, it has been six months since these episodes.  it is possible i have it and have had zero symptoms?

thanks so much.

These are low risk exposures..  Most CSWs do not have STDs and most exposures to infected partners do not lead to infection.  Gonorrhea can, rather uncommonly, be transmitted through receipt of oral sex but when it is, the infection typically becomes quite apparent as most gonorrhea infections are symptomatic (and the symptoms are obvious).  Less than 5% of penile gonorrhea is asymptomatic.   At this time, 6 months since your exposure, there is really no reason to be concerned and no reason to pursue testing related to these exposure.  EWH
