a long time ago i was diagnosed with trichomonas and i was given antibiotics for my partner and I. then i noticed i use to always get yeast infection more frequently. Now in the past year i have not been sexually active and i notice that i have this extremely bad odor i have been to the doctors and they say that i am fine my discharge is yellow to light brown. why is it no one can figure out what is the cause. i am so not confident about getting married i am only wanting to be cured is it my diet i have not been sexually active in a year and i half

What have you been tested for this time?  It sounds like you could have bacterial vaginosis.
