My question is about getting masturbated and having protected oral sex and sitting on top of a naked CSW.

A low class cheap street sex worker in India gave me a handjob and a ******* with condom.. She fingered herself and then put on the condom with same fingers.. She had vaginal secretions on her fingers.. She unrolled the inside of the condom on her fingers leaving the vaginal fluids on the inside of the condom and made me wear it. I saw some red lesions/bumps on her pubic/vaginal area..perhaps she had herpes.  I also kissed her breasts and sucked them.

QUESTION 1: Could the penis masturbation and protected oral have "massaged" any bacteria or virus like Herpes or HIV or any other STD from her vaginal fluids inside the condom into my penis?   I had a little scab on my upper penis shaft from a pimple there.  This may be a point of entry for Stds.  The protected oral and masturbation was for 30 minutes.

QUESTION 2:  I fingered her with a latex glove and masturbated my bare penis.. Her fluids touched my bare penis here.. I had a scab on upper shaft and a dried wound scar on base of penis.. they touched the fluids.. Risk?


I also had worn my boxer shorts and sat on top of her for 30s - 1minute..She was naked! I also lie on top of her with boxers for 1 minute.   I had some pimples on thighs and 1 day old friction wounds from running on inner thigh which touched her pubic/genital area which may have been infected with herpes (she had red bumps on genital area).
QUESTION 3:  Could this direct contact between pimples/folliculitis/friction wounds on thighs (some opened perhaps) and vaginal area/vaginal fluid be a way for STDs like herpes or HIV or any other STDs to infect me?

QUESTION 4:Do I need any testing?  

QUESTION 5: This is my only exposure outside my 14 years marriage.. when can i have unprotected sex with my wife without fear to infect her?

Note:   Her mouth only touched the condom covered part.

I saw these comments before replying above. They do not change my opinion or advice.  The sense of having a fever, without taking your temperature, doesn't mean much.  But even if you really had a fever, it couldn't have anything to do with the sexual encounter.  No STD causes fever as the first or main symptom, and no STD can cause symptoms sooner than 2-3 days after catching it.

All the information after the first two lines is pretty much irrelevant.  There is no realistic chance of any STD from "getting masturbated and having protected oral sex and sitting on top of a naked CSW".  Even with unprotected penile-vaginal, -anal, or -oral sex, most STDs are not efficiently transmitted -- i.e. even when a woman is infected, most such exposures don't result in transmission.  The reason is that the STD bacteria and viruses cannot be transmitted unless relatively large amounts of them have access to susceptible cells, most of which are inside the urethra, rectum, etc.  The amount of secretions that can be carried by hands or by other kinds of contamination you describe are not enough to allow an infection to take hold.

In other words, don't overthink it. The important fact is that you did not have unprocted vaginal, anal, or oral sex.  Without them, there is no STD risk.  Therefore, your specific answers are:

1-3)  No risk at all.

4) No testing is necessary for any STD.

5) You should continue unprotected sex with your wife.  There is no chance you acquired an STD you could transmit to her.

condom had slipped halfway during masturbation/oral but i readjusted it then.. her saliva drooled on my shaft... perhaps her lips touched my bare shaft skin during oral/ deepthroating.. but meatus was covered throughout.. anybody can help please

last follow up.. I was ill that day (yesterday) when the encounter happened.. My immune system was low.. I got high fever after few hours.. Please note this also.

I am not sure if the pimples on my back thighs were opened.. I am just speculating,,  No opened pimples on front thighs from what I checked. but my thighs touched her genitals when sitting on her
