strange bump on bottom of scrotum

So about 3 months ago I had unprotected sex ( it wasn't long as I put an end to it quickly... about 5 to 10 mins) and the other day while shaving I noticed a small pimple like bump on my scrotum... it had a small white head to I drained it and thought that was that.... then the next day I had vigerous sex with my girlfriend pretty much all day... the next day after getting out of the shower I noticed the small pimple had gotten larger and had a full white head... I agained drained it but I noticed something poking out..... I squeezed and out came a small yelloish stone..... I started to bleed..... I applied alcohol and stopped the bleeding..... I thought it was syphilisis but I'm not sure as it was never an open sore.... and it had the yellow seed in it... I've had similiar pimples before but never on the scrotum usually on the pubic area..... any help doc?

Welcome to the Forum.  The lesion that has caught you attention is unlikely to be an STD of any sort.  First the timing is wrong- if it has been 3 months since your last sex with another partner, that is too long for this to be an STD. Second, your description is not reminiscent of an STD.  What you do describe however is the sort of cyst that occurs rather commonly on the scrotum and I suspect this is what it is.  It may recur again- that would not be unusual.  My advice is to not worry about it.  If you feel you must address it, see a dermatologist who can help you to get rid of it.

I hope these suggestions are helpful.  EWH
