What is this?

7months ago I gave oral sex to a girl. Within 48hrs small pinhead size bumps appeared in the corner of my lip. In the following days similar spots appeared on my inner cheeks. These are all painless and have been pretty much unchanged, except for a oral yeast infection I got off an antibiotic my doctor gave me early on. I

You have seen 5 docs, by my count (3 ENT docs, a dermatologist, and a urologist).  After that battery of professionals, there is nothing any online expert can add just from your description.  If the ENT docs say your oral spots are normal, they are normal--period, nothing more to add.   For sure no STD could possibly be responsible for any of this.

I accepted that verdict for 5 months but then why did my penis breakout with similar bumps?

In addiction what caused my mouth to breakout with hundreds of these bumps in the first place? These were not there before I was with this girl and now they aren't going away. I don't mean to be a hypochondriac but no one's really giving me any good answers.

I have no idea what caused the initial problem or your penile bumps.  Not an STD.  Don't expect any distant online doc to be the final source for "good answers".  Sorry I can't help.
