molluscum contagiosum - transmitted.

I was diagnosed with molluscum contagiosum.  I have heard you can get it "lots of ways" other than sex.  What are some of the other ways it can be transmitted?

I don't know much about MC. Go into the expert fourm and use the search field and look for MC questions, the Dr's do a great job of explaining everything.

Sorry for the second post. But I have a lot of questions.

1) How long are they contagious after the sores are lanced?
2) How contagious are they in skin-to-skin contact?  100%?
3) How long can someone carry the virus?  I remember having something similar in college and i often flared up when extremely anxious.
4) I have heard that it is transfered by "towels, toys, etc".  What are some uses that would cause this transmission?
5) can it be transmitted by touching sore-to-surface-to-skin contact?  i.e. toilet seats?
