Is this STD

Dear DoC,

I had unprotected oral sex with this woman whose sexual historty am not sure of.I just received a blow job and I did not
go down on her.From the second day of the encounter I have been expereincing pain in my right testicals.
Could this be any kind of STD? I have read in the STD quick facts http://www.metrokc.gov/health/apu/std/chlamydia.htm#symptoms)
that chlamydia causes testicualr pain. Its been two months and 10 days ssince the exposure but I dont see any
reduction in the testicualr pain. My testicals are not swollen neither do I have any kind of discharge nor ny kind of
lesion, or any pain while urinating but I have this constant nagging pain throught the day. Some times it becomes a
llttle severe and then subsides.Some times it pains in the groin region too and in the lower abdomen but I surely can feel that the right testicle is at pain.

Could it be any kind of STD ? chlamydia or herpes or Gonorrhea  or anything that iam not aware of.Iam going to the doctor for a check up this friday .. but Iam not able to sleep in peace because of this.

Can you also please advice me on what kind of doctor to see. do i need to see some kind of a specalist.?

How long it takes before gonnorhea enter into the blood stream, my friend found out that she has gonnorhea after 6 months, cause she didn't have any symptoms except unusual vaginal discharge...can it still be treated?

When chlamydia causes testicular pain, there is swelling and marked tenderness to touch, not just aching pain.  Also, epididymitis would have either gotten much worse or gone away long before now; it doesn't linger for 2 months.  Finally, you cannot catch chlamydia by oral sex--or if it happens, it's too rare to worry about.  (Chlamydia doesn't infect peoples mouths or throats, so there is no chlamydia to pass on by oral sex.)  Gonorrhea is possible, but almost always causes discharge, and does not cause testicular pain without swelling.  And in general, oral sex is low risk for most STDs.

Your symptoms really don't suggest any STD, and probably are entirely unrelated to the sexual event you describe.  However, they might be due in part to anxiety over that event; anxiety and stress can make otherwise normal body sensations seem painful.  

But you should see a health care provider to check it out.  A family doctor is fine; or if you don't have one, visit your local health department or a community clinic.  In the meantime, don't worry about this.  It doesn't sound like anything serious.
