I received oral sex with stranger girl and had protected (condom)vaginal sex. But i got syphilis(1:4 dilutions). Does syphilis spread through oral sex? I was injected penicillin 2.4 million on 2 sites. Is it enough? Any further treatment?

1:4 sounds like an old infection, not a recent one. How long ago was the oral sex?

The penicillin you received will cure syphilis. You won't need further treatment. Syphilis is a rare STD in the United States, but it can be spread through oral sex (but this too is rare). Are you sure you got syphilis from this one encounter of unprotected oral sex? Are there any other possible exposures? The syphilis sore typically takes 3-6 weeks after infection to appear.
