Hello doctor i am a 22 y old male from Greece. on 13 of november i booked an escort... that i saw on the internet i called to the service and they redirected me to her.... ok so the oral that these girs give they describe it as owc or oral without condom... and probably they give it a lot,,,she performed oral for about 20-30 minutes cause i was having a bit of difficulty to get it up.....then we procceeded to protected sex... and towards the end she also took my fluids in her mouth which she spited out...she requested me to take a bath before and after the intercourse which i guess is kind of good...(so day 2 still no symtoms)i paid 250 euros and i left,,,, and then i started making senarios in my mind... of what could happened and i got scared.... i ve been agin to this situation,,, and i ve have spended the past couple of months getting checked for stds and i check regulary.... never coght any,,,, will this be my first time???should i get checked again??? should i be worried.....(she was 22 y old from czech republic)......
Also before 1 week (25 of november) i had ha ingurial hernia surgery and i ve been given many antibiotics at the hospital... shots and syrum,,, and they also gave me ceclor 750 mg for 4 days after my exit fromthe hospital... would these anti biotics have helped if i had an std....also i had hiv testing for the surgury i diddnt get the resualt it was for the doctor to know.... but i was thinking if it was rna testing it could be reasuring.....

Welcome to the forum.  You have been asking many questions about this same exposure on the various community forums and the HIV international forum, and apparently are having trouble believing the accurate replies you have received.

Oral sex is safe sex, even without a condom. There is some risk for some STDs (gonorrhea, herpes, NGU, syphilis) but it is low compared with vaginal or anal sex; and there is no risk for others (e.g., chlamydia).  And most STDs acquired orally would have caused symptoms of penile sores or discharge -- since you didn't have those, it is unlikely you were infected. And your negative tests were reliable.  Finally, the antibiotics you have had certainly would have cured any STD that you happened to have.

You have obviously been reacting emotionally to a sexual exposure you regret.  It is time to put it behind you and move on with your life.  You do not have any STD.

Regards--  HHH, MD

Probably an antibody test.

You may not keep returning with every additional anxiety-driven little question that comes to mind.  Re-read my replies above, pay attention, and accept the truth that you have no STD from the oral sex event.

This thread is over.

Yes, those antibiotics would have cured syphilis if you had been infected.  You should not be concerned about it.

thank you doctor for you reply its thebest one i ve got so far.... i asked the questions again because the replies were not accurate.....as i got some conflicting information about oral related stds from doctor garcia if you read his post you will see that he says that "clamidia is something to worry about" and about the antibiotics Ally told me that it may or may not  cured the possible stds.... so thank you for the straight foreward and emidiate responce...... =]
