pain in scrotum and during urinating after sex

Hi doctor, I am 29 male, after sex I am having peculiar pain in scrotum and urine pipe. It does not pain while pressing but I feel continuous dragging pain . I feel pain inside groin area and very low abdomen near intestine, but bowel movement is smooth. Someone told me that I have prostate infection. I have done blood test, urine test and urine culture test. All are negative.I have done ultrasound,ct scan but found nothing. I have taken many antibiotics in last six months but to no effect. At present I can not do sit up exercise as I feel pain inside my pelvic area. I had unprotected sex one year before. Plz suggest what should I do

Yes the doctor ruled out hernia, he said it could be non bacterial prostatitis. it may not be treated in short time. Can you provide some remedies

did your provider check you for a hernia ?

sciatica isn't always std related. continue to follow up with your providers weekly as needed for symptoms.

Yes I have some pain in my right leg, starts from lower back and continues to Thai muscle, calf muscle and above ankle. I also have a small and painful swilling in inner Thai near scrotum. What can it be and what should I do

The most common symptoms of a prostate infection would be frequent urination (dysuria) with reduced urine output, pain during and after ejaculation, and pain in the lower abdomen and the groin.

It could be caused by the prostate, although a prostate problem at age 29 is uncommon.

(although slightly off the scope of this forum)
Do you have numbness or pain throughout your legs? Consult your physician and see if it might be caused by irritation or pinch of your sciatic nerve.

if you've been tested for std's and were negative then it's not a std causing this.

continue to follow up with your urologist as needed to get to the bottom of this.
