pls help...

gdday doctors and everyone!! i am male, 26 y.o ive undergone urine culture test last week and they found bacteria =STAPHYLOCOCCUS HAEMOLYTICUS.. i have unprotected oral sex w/ a sex worker.. 1) did i get STD? 2)or HIV? can anybody help me?.. tnx alot!!!

i did semen analysis also and they found pus cells in it which is 15-21 hpf..

do u know what does it mean in my semen analysis?

im taking antibiotics ryt now.. hope im fine.. i will never ever have unprotected sex agen.. haaaisss...
