plsssssss help

hello there. i dont know how to start this, im sexualy active, had lot of partners in the last 2 years, used the condom almost all the time, but when girls performed oral on me i didnt have protection on.
i have a gf wich i dont use the protection with her at all, 3 months ago, she had a yeast infection, and i believe i got it from her, i start seing like white dots on the glans of my penis, and my forskin, at this time i was uncircumcised and went to see couple doctors , the gave me clotrimazole- betamethasone crm 15 gm wich i used for like a week, the dots disapeared than after sex had them again, while she start itching again, than i used elidel for like 5 days same thing, she lately went to her doc and the did a test on her, and its a yest infection and we've been giving it back and force to each other.
10 days ago i got circumcised as my urologist told me, he said once i do this i will never have this problem again, and now i'm in the healing process.
i dont see no more dots on the glans of my penis but instead i have them all over the skin of the penis , right under the head , and they appeared like 3 to 4 days after the surgery, and day after day they're becoming more and more, like today one of the dots became bigger.
im realy worried about this and dont know exactly what it is, i dont know if the yeast infection is spreading or if that thing is from the swallowing of my skin after the surgery and it might be something normal .
pls if anyone can help me with that, im verry verry verry worried and confused and dont know what to do
thanks in advance

Its curable - it just might take some time and effort since you all have been passing this back and forth.

No, you can't pass it by kissing.

I'd talk to your doctor before doing anything else since you just had the procedure done.

What pills is she taking?

thanks for replying one more time, do you think i need to use the pill without consulting a doc? and what if this come back again, what couldve be else than yeast infection
im pretty sure it is cause like i said before my gf got tested and they took a sample from her vagina and in the lab they told her that its yeast and gave her these pills and now she taken pills over the counter for one month, thats what the doc told her to do.
so we're not having nothing , but im verry worried that this problem will happen again after recovering and having sex again

Well, sometimes you have to use the pill again, and its also helpful to use the cream for 2 weeks after symptoms have disappeared to make sure the yeast is gone.

Did you take any antibiotics after the procedure?  If you did, that could make the yeast worse.  I'd ask your doctor for a fluconazole pill.  You take it once, and it makes the yeast go away.  Then you and your gf need to avoid sex until both of you have been without symptoms for at least a week.

I'm surprised that your doctor recommended circumcision based on a yeast infection.  Unfortunately, you can still get yeast after circumcision.
