As others replied before me (below), STDs do not travel through the body; you cannot be exposed orally and get genital symptoms as a result. See a health care provider about your urinary symptoms, which probably are not due to STD (but could be, if you have had any genital sexual exposures in the past few months that you didn't mention).

Hi there.
Chlamydia rarely (if ever) infects the throat and although Gon does infect the throat, the encounter you describe could not have affected your unrinary tract. She would have to have performed unprotected oral sex on you for that to be a possibility.
Have you recently had unprotected sexual encounters (received oral or full sex) prior to this event?
Hi,
Just to add to Ben's point, when I went to my primary care physician to ask about symptoms on my genitals, the only risky acts I'd had within the year previous were oral. About gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis, it had been 15 weeks since the last risky event and the doc told me it was "unheard of" for those diseases to show symptoms so far after the event. I think 9 weeks is also a long time after to get those symptoms.
I had similar symptoms once and thought they were an infection but they were just an irritation of my urethra from ejaculating too many times in a row and using harsh soap on my penis. The only thing that seems more troubling is the odor of your urine, but is it possible that you're just smelling it too sensitively because you're worried? I also think you might have been so worried about your cunnilingus that you've been washing your penis with too much harsh soap -- is that possible?

Thank you all, i just think i watch myself too much... I haven't had any other sexual encounters (except those with my girlfriend for 3 years). The odor is gone today, I ll see if it comes back at all in the days to come. Thanks again.
In general, urine odor is unrelated to infection; it is determined almost entirely by what you eat and how concentrated the urine is, which in turn is determined by fluid intake.
