possible std or uti

Hi people...i had protected vaginal and oral intercourse about 10 days ago and for the last 3 days i have been having some burning when urinating, pain in the abdomen with chills. I have been taking 500 mg cipro twice a day assuming it was urethritis or uti. While i am a bit better i am still not 100% normal after 3 days on cipro. Do i need to look at something like gono or chlamydia?  I was sure it was not an std because even my oral was protected. No discharge yet. Pls help.

Thank you. I read that condoms are not 100 % effective and hence my doubts.

Protected vaginal and oral, no risk. This would not be a STD.
