red bumps on bottom of penis

I need help...a few days ago I found very small bumps on the bottom of my penis right below the head. They do not cause any pain and do not itch of some sort. I was wondering if it could possibly be herpes but I am still a virgin and haven't had any sexual contact for awhile. This is my first time spotting them.

Very small bumps aren't likely to be herpes.  You might have folliculitis or a fungal infection.

Have you had oral sex?  If you haven't, and are a virgin, this can't be an std.
